More Information- Only go swimming if you feel well.
- Cool off and take a shower before you get in the water.
- Never go into the water with a full or completely empty stomach.
- As a non-swimmer, only go into the water up to your stomach.
- Never call for help unless you are in real danger, but help others when they need help.
- Do not overestimate yourself and your strength
- Don’t swim where there are ships and boats.
- During thunderstorms, bathing is life-threatening. Leave the water immediately and seek shelter in a permanent building.
- Keep the water and its surroundings clean, throw litter in the trash can.
- Only jump into the water if it is free and deep enough.
